On-Call Office Assistant

($8.45hr/On-Call/Lapwai) On-Call Office Assistant HR-08-05 High school diploma or GED, with clerical training or experience.  Must type accurately, have experience operating a variety of office equipment, have excellent communications skills, both oral and written and be computer literate.  Must posses the ability to work independently with limited supervision.  Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.  Must have valid driver’s license with insurable record.  Tribal Preference applies.  Closes  5/23/08
 

Facilities Technician I

 (Salary/DOE/Full-time/Lapwai)  Facilities Technician I HR-08-04    High school diploma or equivalent.  Requires one year of related experience and one year of supervisory experience.   Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.  Must maintain strict confidentiality of all patient, employee and program information and observe life safety, fire and good housekeeping rules and practices when performing duties.  Must possess the ability to work independently, have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, ability to handle conflict and crisis in a professional manner, be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license with insurable record.   Will be required to pass extensive background check.  OPEN UNTIL FILLED.  Tribal Preference applies.

On-call Clinical Nurse II (RN)

(Salary/DOE/On-call/Kamiah)  Clinical Nurse II HR-08-03  Must be an R.N., with two years of experience in acute care or ambulatory care setting. Must be licensed in the State of Idaho or obtain Idaho license within six months of appointment.  Must complete ACLS and Basic Life Support for providers class every two years and maintain certification.  Must have exceptional communication skills, both oral and in writing, pass extensive background check and posses a valid driver’s license with insurable record.  OPEN UNTIL FILLEDTribal Preference applies. 

Mid-Level Provider

(Salary/DOE/Full-Time/Kamiah) Mid-Level Provider HR-07-040.  Idaho licensed FNP or PA.  Incumbent can obtain Idaho license within one year of appointment.  Must have BLS and obtain ACLS within six months of appointment.  Knowledge of history, culture and health needs of Native American communities preferred.  Must posses the ability to work independently, have excellent communications skills, both oral and written, ability to handle conflict and crisis in a professional manner, be computer literate and have a valid driver’s license with insurable record and pass extensive background check.  OPEN UNTIL FILLED.  Tribal Preference applies. 

Staff Physician

(Salary/DOE/Full-Time/Lapwai) Staff Physician HR-07-044  Requires one to three years experience in Family Medicine/Ambulatory Care/Prenatal Care.  Must be Board certified or Board eligible. Must have Idaho M.D. or D.O. License or obtain license within one year of appointment.  Must have DEA number or obtain within three months of appointment.  Knowledge of history, culture and health needs of Native American communities preferred.   OPEN UNTIL FILLED.  Tribal Preference applies. 

Dentist

(Salary/DOE/Part-Time OR Full-Time/Lapwai)  Dentist HR-07-031     Requires DDS/DMD degree from an American Dental Association accredited dental school, with two years of experience, preferably in general practice.  Must have State licensure in good standing.  Must have valid driver’s license with insurable record and will be required to pass extensive background check. Open Until Filled.  Tribal Preference applies.
