Graffiti is considered a Malicious Injury of Property in the Tribal Code. Those caught unlawfully destroying others property will be fined a civil penalty, requiring them to restore or repair the injured property.

I would put white paint over it and not stop till it is
done. Sometimes teenagers right bad things on the tables at the parks,
sidewalks and some building’s.
Do you like putting stuff in the newspaper? It probaly a lot

I don’t like our neighborhood. I hope you come down
hear because alot of teenager’s have been righting bad thing’s and
I don’t like it. It’s not like I don’t like my neighborhood I
just don’t like people righting on stuff. Like at the park,
school’s and places I like and it hurt’s my feeling’s. Alot
of teenager’s steal candy at our store’s and other people
don’t like it just lik I don’t. I want our neighbhorhood to be
clean. It hurt’s other people’s feeling’s to it’s just
not right. It’s just like keeping your room clean but biger. It
take’s alot of work to keep a town clean expesaly our’s. I like
keeping place’s clean. I always like keeping my house clean because I
don’t want spider’s, mice our bug’s in my house. I
don’t like keeping my dirty clothes are my clothes on the floor because
when people come over to my house I don’t want them to think I have a
junky house. Like me and my friend’s have a clean house because I have
been in there house. I also don’t like it when people litter. My dad
littered when we where somewhere buy a hospotel and I said, Dad you’r not
suppose to litter so I picked it up and threw it in the garbage and
that’s all I can say.
