The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Law & Justice is recruiting for: IN-HOUSE PUBLIC DEFENDER HR-14-136 full-time regular. The position will provide legal defense services for Nez Perce Tribal mem-bers in criminal and certain civil matters. The position will be housed in the Nez Perce Tribal Court. Applicants must provide evidence of their Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited college of law, and of their active, good-standing membership in a State Bar Association and be licensed to practice in the Tribal Court. Must have at least one (1) year documented successful litigation experience, preferably in a Tribal Court. Requires verification of successful litigation experience, preferably in Tribal Court. Re-quires verification of successful litigation experience by a letter of recommendation from the immediate supervisor, or by providing contact information from the immediate supervisor for a follow-up reference check. Must demonstrate an understanding of Tribal, federal, and state law and the multijurisdictional issues which often arise in litigation in a Tribal Court. The Nez Perce Tribe Department Judicial Services Dept. Child Support Enforcement Program is recruit-ing for: CASE MANAGER HR-14-174 full-time regular. Responsible to provide information and assis-tance to clients, including case management and reporting. Conduct client interview, establish, collect, and distribute child support payments. Research and prepare case reports and provide case manage-ment and work within a confidential office setting. Maintain working knowledge of federal, state and tribal regulations, procedures and policies. Travel as needed for training or site visits. Requires a crimi-nal background check. Incumbent must obtain Idaho license within one year of appointment. Must have BLS and obtain ACLS within six months of appointment, which must be kept current at all times. Participate in orientation to receive knowledge of history, culture, and health needs or Native Americans, specifically the Nez Perce Tribe. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

(Salary/DOE/Full-Time/Lapwai) Executive Director [HR-14-10] Requires Masterís Degree in Health or Business related field, five (5) years of experience at an Executive Director level, and two (2) years supervisory experience OR Bachelor degree in Health or Business related field with ten (10) years of related experience in a health care facility at Executive Director level with two (2) years supervisory experience in a health care facility. Must have experience leading the development, promotion, and implementation of learning and development of programs and policies for a large complex organization. Demonstrated ability to establish, influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Must have knowledge/experience in fiscal management principles and evaluating organizational operations as they relate to policies, goals, objectives and mission. Working knowledge of the federal-tribal relationship is highly desirable. Must be adaptable. CAGE MANAGER ~ [CRC-14-045] (Gaming) (Full-time) ~ To oversee and direct cage and vault activities. The class responsible for team member assignments, schedules and ensuring compliance with tribal regulations, cage and cashiering policies and procedures and internal controls. Requires Associate degree in Business Administration, Business Management OR five years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in cage, banking and/or cashiering can substitute the educational component. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check). Requires a valid driverís license with the ability to be insured under the Tribeís policy (must provide a copy of driverís license and motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). Requires three (3) years experience in banking or cash handling operations (casino experience preferred); two (2) years management or two (2) years supervisor experience and ability to communicate in highly effective manner, both in writing and verbally; accomplished in MTR program; ability to work in fast paced environment; skill and adept in all aspects of cage management, revenue control, cash handling, fill, credits and customer deposits; must be proficient in math and ten key; must possess intermediate PC skills, spreadsheets, internet and email and be able to learn new software as needed for operations; knowledge and/or proficiency in Title 31 preferred. FRONT OF THE HOUSE SUPERVISOR(S) - [CRC-14-042] (Gaming) (Full-time) - Provides leadership, guidance, and direction to the front of the house team members in the food & beverage department. PLAYERS CLUB REPRESENTATIVE ~ [IYY-14-048] (Gaming) (Part-time) ~ Provide exceptional customer service to Players Club members while staffing the Players Club station, including communicating program features, assisting with membership registration and databases.
