The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Law & Justice is recruiting for: IN-HOUSE PUBLIC DEFENDER HR-14-136 full-time regular. The position will provide legal defense services for Nez Perce Tribal mem-bers in criminal and certain civil matters. The position will be housed in the Nez Perce Tribal Court. Applicants must provide evidence of their Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited college of law, and of their active, good-standing membership in a State Bar Association and be licensed to practice in the Tribal Court. Must have at least one (1) year documented successful litigation experience, preferably in a Tribal Court. Requires verification of successful litigation experience, preferably in Tribal Court. Re-quires verification of successful litigation experience by a letter of recommendation from the immediate supervisor, or by providing contact information from the immediate supervisor for a follow-up reference check. Must demonstrate an understanding of Tribal, federal, and state law and the multijurisdictional issues which often arise in litigation in a Tribal Court. Excellent legal research and writing skills are re-quired. Please provide a legal writing sample with application, and resume. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Fisheries Resources Management is recruiting for: FISHERIES TECHNICIAN II HR-15-102 The position is for the LSRCP/SMP Project located in Joseph, OR. This full-time (year round) position is responsible for assigned duties relating to assistance in the collection, compilation, technical applications of field work that pertain to fisheries and other natural resources. Duties include installing and maintaining juvenile and adult traps, handling, marking, identifying, and tagging fish, conducting redd surveys, entering field data into a computer, maintaining field sites and equipment, supervising personnel, and other related duties as assigned. This position requires living in a remote field location for eight (8) days per shift (housing in the field is provided). Must be mechanically inclined and have good computer skills with work processing, spreadsheets, and databases. Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required. Must be highly motivated and have the ability to work independently and cooperatively with others. Requirements include two (2) years of college education (48 credits) in Fisheries or closely related field, one (1) year related experience (will accept B.S. degree in lieu of experience), and six (6) months supervisory experience. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Human Resources is recruiting for: BENEFITS DATA TECHNICIAN II HR-14-103 full-time regular. The position is to assist the HR Generalist and coordinate tribal employees benefits: to include, but not limited to; retirement plans, group health/medical insurance plans, life insurance, and other ancillary benefits. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Administration is recruiting for: CUSTODIAL COORDINATER HR-15-104 full-time regular. Responsible for the management, supervision, and implementation of the Housekeeping Program operations and functions including the planning, directing, coordinating and reviewing the work and activities of the custodial personnel. Requires medium work that involves walk-ing, standing, stooping, stretching, and lifting all of the time, and exerting between twenty (20) and fifty (50) pounds of force on a recurring basis. Requires Associates degree or satisfactory completion of two (2) years of college education in business or closely related field OR six (6) years of related experience can be substituted for educational component. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Social Services is recruiting for: TANF (TEMPORARY ASSIS-TANCE FOR NEEDY FAMILIES) SUBSIDIZED EMPLOYMENT TRAINING PLANNER HR-15-105 full-time regular. Responsible for assisting with planning for training guidance to TANF participants and staff, reporting and documenting training hours of individual participants. Works within the general out-line work to be performed; assists with development of work methods and sequences under general supervision. Must have the ability to demonstrate use and knowledge of Microsoft Word, access, excel, database IV, and spreadsheets. Prefer a High School graduate. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Early Childhood Development Program is recruiting for: TEACHER HR-15-106 regular full-time. Three (3) positions in Lapwai satellite office, and one (1) position in Kamiah satellite office. ďPlease designate which satellite office you wish your application to be placed.Ē Requires high school diploma or GED and CDA certification; or three (3) college credits in early childhood education with requirement that incumbent shall obtain CDA certification within four (4) months of appointment, and one (1) year experience working with children 0-5 years of age. The Nez Perce Tribe Senior Citizen Program is recruiting for: BUS/VAN DRIVER HR-15-107 part-time. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Social Services is recruiting for: EDUCATION TRAINER/FAMILY GROUP DECISION MAKING FACILATATOR HR-14-204 full-time regular. The candidate will be re-sponsible for administering, planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive programs in support of the families involved with Child Protection Services. Outreach Notice: The Payette National Forest is seeking candidates to fill NEPA Planner position. This is a permanent, fulltime position. The NEPA Planner develops the annual program of work for the Krassel and McCall Ranger Districts NEPA program in conjunction with both district rangers. SEEKING BIDS PROPOSALS FOR

THE TRANSPORT OF 550,000 COHO SALMON SMOLTS FROM EAGLE CREEK NATIONAL FISH HATCHERY AND 210,000 COHO SMOLTS FROM CASCADE FISH HATCHERY OREGON TO LAPWAI CREEK AND CLEAR CREEK, CLEARWATER SUBBASIN IN IDAHO.

The Contractor will provide the following services and rates chargeable to the 2014-15 PCSRF contract within the budget of this contract:

ē Provide three 5,000 gallon fish hauling tank trailers,
ē Provide three tractors to haul three 5,000 gallon fish tank trailers.
ē Provide compressed oxygen for three 5,000 gallon fish tank trailers.
ē Provide drivers that have experience hauling juvenile salmon on very long transports.

INSURANCE/PERMITS: 
ē Contractor will provide proof of insurance prior to fish transport.
ē Contractor will obtain all necessary road permits.
ē Nez Perce Tribe will obtain fish export and import permits and provide them to Con-tractor.

A grant funded program to assist homeless veterans to re-enter the workforce.

Who can we help? Veterans who are homeless or who are at risk of becoming homeless, including veterans who are :
Couch Surfing / Temporarily Living with Relatives or Friends / Living in a Hotel or Public or Private Shelter / On the Verge of Losing his/her Home / Have Identified Housing but Lack the Resources to Obtain It / Exiting an Institution (including Prison) and Have No Sub-sequent Residence Identified.

How Can We Help?
Our primary goal is to assist homeless veterans to find employment and become self-sufficient so they can obtain permanent housing. We provide the following services: Classroom Training / Workforce Training / Job Readiness Prepara-tion / Job Search Assistance / On the Job (OJT) Training / Job Placement / Clothing for Interviews / Clothing or Tools Needed for Specific Job Placement / Bus Fares

Working in conjunction with the Idaho Department of Labor and other community resources, our objective is to assist every homeless veteran in his/her efforts to break the cycle of homelessness.

The class is responsible for assisting with the assembly, protection, and operation of computer/telecommunication networks in a gaming environment. Requires a Bachelors degree, vocational technical degree, or specialized training equivalent to satisfactory completion of four (4) years of college education with emphasis in Computers or closely related field. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check). Requires a valid driverís license with the ability to be insured under the Tribeís policy (must provide a copy of driverís license and motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). Preferred but not required are specials certifications directly relating to field such as cable termination, fiber termination, splicing, and/or software certifications. SECURITY OFFICER - [CRC-14-063] (Gaming) (On-call) RE-ADVERTISEMENT - To protect and secure the assets of the Nez Perce Tribal Gaming Enterprises. The class is responsible to assist the coordination and evaluation of security operations of the buildings and properties of the Nez Perce Enterprises while strictly adhering to and enforcing all organizational policies and procedures at all times. Requires high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training in security procedures and protocols. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check). Requires a valid driverís license with the ability to be insured under the Tribes policy (must provide a copy of driverís license and motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). One (1) year of experience in security or law enforcement preferred with superior work ethics and report writing skills. Closes: 02-06-15.

GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - [HTL-14-068] (Gaming) (Full-time) - To provide prompt, courteous, efficient service to hotel guests. The incumbent of the position maintains knowledge of all in house services to answer guests inquiries. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check).
