Assists with operations of a wildland fire engine to include starting pump engine, priming pump, adjusting engine speed and pump valves, laying hose, and using appropriate nozzles and nozzle adjustment in effective use of water and additives. The Nez Perce Tribe, Department of Education is recruiting for Three (3) Adult Advisors, Nez Perce Youth Advisory Board. The Nez Perce General Council approved a resolution to create a Nez Perce Youth Advisory Board. The main purpose is to provide a collective voice and represent the tribal youth in matters that concern them. There is also an emphasis on promoting cultural teachings, leadership development, and service projects. In the approved By-laws and Guidelines, a three-member Adult Advisory Council will have a role to support the Youth Advisory Board. An Adult Advisory Council will consist of parents, elders, other concerned adults, and representatives of various agencies serving Native American youth. Eligible tribal adults must live on or near the reservation. Duties will include helping to arrange facilities and transportation, assist with meeting facilitation and financial matters, offer guidance to youth, chaperone functions and activities of the Youth Advisory Board, and assist Youth Advisory Board members in fulfilling their responsibilities. The Adult Advisory Council members will let the Youth Advisory Board set their priorities and not use the youth to promote their own personal agendas. They will help empower and mentor the youth leaders. One or more members of the Adult Advisory Council will serve as the primary advisor(s) of the Youth Advisory Board. At least one member of the Adult Advisory Council must be present at all Youth Council meetings and functions. There will be six (6) meetings a year, including 2-day leadership training in June. discipline or related field is required, Idaho licensed or license
eligible as a clinical/counseling psychologist is required. Must be

time frame that is consistent with the industry standard. Must be
