The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Law & Justice is recruiting for: CHIEF JUDGE HR-15-122 This position requires a wide range of legal, administrative, management and budgetary skills. The Chief Judge presides over the Tribal Court, and hears, or assigns to other Tribal Court Associate and Pro-Tem judges, all cases heard in the Tribal Court. The Chief Judge handles all phases of civil and criminal litigation, drafts orders, opinions, memoranda and other legal documents, and fulfills all other duties required of the Chief Judge to assure an effective and fair Tribal Court. In addition, the Chief Judge supervises Associate Judges, and the Court Administrator/Chief Clerk. Requires three (3) yearsí experience as a judge, tribal court judicial experience preferred. More than five (5) years of tribal court Chief Judge experience and evidence of success in court administration, court staff supervision and court budget development is preferred. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Fisheries Resources Management is recruiting for: FISHERIES TECHNICIAN I POSITION(S) HR-16-103 full-time seasonal. Duty station located in Joseph, OR, Orofino, Lapwai, and McCall, ID. Responsible for assigned duties relating to assistance in the collection, compilation, technical applications of field work that pertain to fisheries and other natural resources. Duties include working with the Fisheries Technician II in operating and maintaining traps, handling fish, marking fish, identifying and tagging fish, entering field data into a computer database, maintaining filed sites and equipment, and other related duties as assigned. Duty station located at Dworshak Na-tional Fish Hatchery, Ahsahka, ID. Will plan, implement and supervise a full maintenance program for Dworshak National Fish Hatchery in Ahsahka, ID. NOTICE OF VACANCY; NIMIIPUU HEALTH BOARD. Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee (NPTEC) is soliciting letters of interest from all qualified individuals interested in filling the remaining term of one (1), three (3) year vacant Nimiipuu Health Board position. The term will be from ďupon selectionĒ through December 12, 2017. Applicants must meet the following criteria as set forth in the Nimiipuu Health Boardís By-laws:

1. Background and experience in a health or business-related field and their commitment to im-proving the health of Indian people living on the Nez Perce Reservation.
2. Resident of the service area and either members of the Nez Perce Tribe or other IHS eligible population (Current Nimiipuu Health employees are not eligible)
3. At least two (2) members will be health professionals or will hold advanced degrees in a related field. These members may be IHS eligible beneficiaries or non-Indians and are not required to reside in the service area.
4. Promise to abide by the Boardís By-Laws and the Policies and Procedures for Nimiipuu Health Board.

Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) and American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) to provide a 10-week practice-base fisheries internship. Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC) is recruiting for: Fisheries Geneticist (3 Positions). Fisheries Geneticist with experience in population genomics, association mapping, and mixed stock analyses. This position is part of CRITFCís Fishery Science Department, but will be located with the genetics group at the Hagerman Fish Culture Experiment Station in Hagerman, ID. This research group is involved in testing conservation, evolution, and ecological theories related to salmonids and other fishes.
