To preside over civil, criminal, and juvenile matters heard in the Nez Perce Tribal Court, to assist the Tribal Court Chief Judge in scheduling hearings and other court matters, and to preside over specialty court matters (for example, Healing to Wellness Court) as needed and assigned. The Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee (NPTEC) is recruiting for: INTERN ENTERPRISE EXECUTIVE OFFICER HR-16-124 Responsible for learning and eventually assuming management of the overall vision, long range goals, direction, operation, and function of the Nez Perce Tribal Enter-prises. The intern position is under the tutelage of the Enterprise Executive Officer. The intern will learn how to communicate with the Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee and Enterprise Board. The intern will learn how to develop the vision, mission and how to create passion in employees. The training plan will include oversight and administration of the overall operation of the tribal enterprises that includes but not limited to; two (2) casinos, two (2) fuel convenience stores, and all future economic endeavors. The Executive Officer will provide training on gaming regulations how to monitor adherence to ensure that the gaming operations are in full compliance. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Fisheries Resources Management is recruiting for: FISHERIES TECHNICIAN I HR-16-141 full-time regular at Dworshak Fish Hatchery. Position serves as member of the production staff rearing fish indoors and out of doors in all types of weather. Incumbent is re-quired to participate in all phases of the hatchery operations, including educational outreach involving public and students visiting the hatchery. Work schedule includes rotating duty on weekends and holi-days as assigned. Physical requirements are medium to heavy work that involves walking or standing most of the time and up to 100 pounds of force on a recurring basis. Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission (CRITFC): CRITFC Salmon Camp 2016. Salmon Camp is a component of the Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission's Tribal Workforce Development program. The annual camp focuses on providing culturally relevant science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) experiences to foster an interest in natural resources careers and close the academic achievement gap for Native American youth. A limited number of incoming 6th-8th grade students from the four tribes are selected to attend the free camp. Meals and lodging are provided and, after the program is successfully completed, a stipend is offered. The week long camp is held during the summer in tribal homelands. The Washington State University MOU Tribal Scholarship application deadline has been extended to June 1, 2016. Students who will be an incoming freshman or transfer student at WSU in Fall of 2016 are highly encouraged to apply. One requirement of the application is for students to receive the nomination of their tribe. For this reason, they are asked to submit their application to their respective tribal Higher Education office for signature of tribal delegates. We ask that your office returns selected applicants' packets to our office by July 1. The MOU Tribal Scholarship is open to new WSU students who are members of one of the eleven tribes to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with WSU, including: Coeur d'Alene Tribe, Colville Confederated Tribes, Confederated Tribes of the Salish and Kootenai, Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon, Cowlitz Tribe, Kalispel Tribe, Kootenai Tribe of Idaho, Nez Perce Tribe, Spokane Tribe, and Yakama Nation. Incoming freshmen must have a 3.3 high school GPA and transfer students must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA. CLEARWATER RIVER CASINO & LODGE (LEWISTON, ID)

COMPUTER SPECIALIST II (NETWORKING) - [CRC-14-052] (Gaming) (Full-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT - To provide technical support for personal computer, networking and telecommunication hardware. The class is responsible for assisting with the assembly, protection, and operation of computer/telecommunication networks in a gaming environment. Requires a Bachelorís degree, vocational technical degree, or specialized training equivalent to satisfactory completion of four (4) years of college education with emphasis in Computers or closely related field. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check). Requires a valid driverís license with the ability to be insured under the Tribeís policy (must provide a copy of driverís license and motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). Preferred but not required are specials certifications directly relating to field such as cable termination, fiber termination, splicing, and/or software certifications. MARKETING DIRECTOR - [CRC-15-024] [Gaming] (Full-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT - To accomplish the marketing departmental objectives by planning, organizing, and directing all functions required to promote the Nez Perce Tribal Enterprises marketability and promotional value and increase sales of products and services offered by the Nez Perce Tribal Enterpriseís. Ensure the Marketing Department operates in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Requires Bachelorís degree in Marketing, Business, or closely related field. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (subject to complete background check). Requires a valid driverís license with the ability to be insured under the Tribeís policy (must provide copy of driverís license and a motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). CPA credential preferred. Requires five (5) years of direct marketing experience, three (3) years supervisory experience; three (3) years of strong database skills to include extensive knowledge in data-mining, data extraction, and data analysis; and a minimum of two (2) years as top level Marketing Executive dealing with other management officials and/or Tribal Councils, Gaming Commissions, committees, and State/Federal agencies. SHUTTLE DRIVER - [CRC-15-052] (Gaming) (Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT - To provide complimentary transportation of patrons and VIPs between designated areas and the Gaming Enterprise casino entrance, according to pre-set scheduled times. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check). Requires one (1) month experience in a customer focused environment. Must be able to safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions, including slipper snow/ice covered roads. JANITOR - [CRC-15-054] (Full-time & Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT - To be responsible for cleaning and orderly upkeep of the Clearwater River Casino and Itíse Ye Ye Casino, including the administrative offices at each site. Formal or informal education which ensures the ability to read, write, and understand oral/written instruction. LEAD HOUSEKEEPER - [HTL-16-001] (Full-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT - To assist the Executive Housekeeper with supervision of hotel housekeepers on an assigned shift. Responsible for daily cleaning of hotel guest rooms and all public areas and throughways providing highest quality of service to the guests at all times. Requires high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training in areas of housekeeping, janitorial and/or environmental services. Requires training and/or three (3) years work experience in housekeeping, janitorial and/or environmental services. Requires one (1) year of supervisory experience or completion of Supervisor Training Program provided by Enterprise Training Department for current Enterprise employees; demonstrated computer skills with word, spreadsheets and database systems; effective communication skills to read, follow written directions on safety/warning labels; compute simple math equations, generate written reports and effectively communicate verbally Ė information, instructions and directions; experience and knowledge of cleaning procedures, practices and handling of chemicals preferred. LINE COOK III - [CRC-16-005] (Full-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT - The responsibility for attractively preparing, cooking and presenting of all food items. Following recipes and menu specification. Always placing customer and safe food handling first. May work in any food outlet depending on business needs. Require high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain a valid health card or serve safe equivalent. Have a good working knowledge of professional kitchen equipment and food products with two (2) years of high volume Line Cook experience including breakfast, lunch and dinner and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in food service. Must be able to read and follow written recipes/procedures and/or ability to work with mathematical concepts related to food. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and other software. Must have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organizations and the public. Customer service experience preferred. Open Until Filled.

BARTENDER ~ [CRC-16-014] (Full-time & Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To provide friendly, excellent service to every customer and preparing and pouring drinks for customers and beverage servers. Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to obtain a valid health card and attend TIPS Training or Alcohol Servers Training within there (3) months of hire date. College Internship Announcement

Nez Perce Tribal Enterprises has Internship openings for summer 2016. We are seeking full time students pursing the following college degree programs: Finance/Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Information Technology, Applied Technology, Industrial Electronics, Hospitality Management, Marketing/Communications, and Justice Studies.
The minimum requirements to apply are as follows:
ē Must be an enrolled member of the Nez Perce Tribe, must provide a copy of tribal enrollment or CIB.
ē Must be currently enrolled as a full time student (12 or more credits per quarter/semester) attending a regionally accredited college or university.
ē Have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better and provide unofficial transcripts.

   c. Your short and long term career goals.
   d. How your education will benefit the Nez Perce Tribe.
