The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Executive Direction is recruiting for: NIMIIPUU COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FUND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HR-15-116 full-time regular. Executive Director of the Nimiipuu Community Development Fund, CDFI. Duties include addressing initial technical development and services of the non-profit Nimiipuu Community Development Fund that are; grant writing, a viable business plan, board development, staff, day to day operations, and is responsible to process loans from ďconcept to repayment.Ē The Executive Director and Board of Directors will be responsible for fund raising to meet annual goals to maintain the appropriate lending capacity of the institution to be self-sustaining. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Law & Justice is recruiting for: CHIEF JUDGE HR-15-122 This position requires a wide range of legal, administrative, management and budgetary skills. The Chief Judge presides over the Tribal Court, and hears, or assigns to other Tribal Court Associate and Pro-Tem judges, all cases heard in the Tribal Court. The Chief Judge handles all phases of civil and criminal litigation, drafts orders, opinions, memoranda and other legal documents, and fulfills all other duties required of the Chief Judge to assure an effective and fair Tribal Court. In addition, the Chief Judge supervises Associate Judges, and the Court Administrator/Chief Clerk. Requires three (3) yearsí experience as a judge, tribal court judicial experience preferred. More than five (5) years of tribal court Chief Judge experience and evidence of success in court administration, court staff supervision and court budget development is preferred. To assist the Nez Perce Tribeís Department of Natural Resource (DNR), Water Resource Division Ė Utilities Program. The position oversees all facets of Utilities database and office organization. Will be responsible for maintaining utility customer data, office organization, coordination, and budget management. The Nez Perce Tribe Dept. of Education, Vocational Rehabilitation is recruiting for: VOCATIONAL REHABILITATION SPECIALIST HR-15-133 regular full-time. Assist with maintenance of program filing and record keeping system for sensitive and confidential records. Process daily reports, memos, requisitions and personnel information. Makes recommendations to qualified counselor for authorization of fiscal expenditures. Collects, analyzes, and interprets medical psychological, educational, social and employment information regarding each client. Assists clients in determining appropriate vocational goals. Prescribes and interprets standardized tests for use in vocational guidance, and assists the client in making a feasible vocational rehabilitation choice. This is a permanent, full-time seasonal (PSE) position and duties, in part, include: This Engine Captain position serves in a key fire management as a first line supervisor of a type 6 wildland fire engine module on a moderate complexity engine. This position is responsible for the leadership and development of up to 5 crewmembers during wildland fire, prescribed fire, and all-risk responses. The Engine Captain will implement formal and informal training programs to comply with policy and regulations. HEAD CHEF - [CRC-15-014] [Gaming] (Full-time) - Provides the overall leadership, guidance, and direction to the food & beverage back of house team members. The Head Chef will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and banquet team members and will coordinate the orderly operation of the front of the house working in conjunction with the Food Service Outlet Manager. The Head Chef will be responsible for all Food & Beverage Food service purchasing and inventory control.
