The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Law & Justice is recruiting for: CHIEF JUDGE HR-15-122 This position requires a wide range of legal, administrative, management and budgetary skills. The Chief Judge presides over the Tribal Court, and hears, or assigns to other Tribal Court Associate and Pro-Tem judges, all cases heard in the Tribal Court. The Chief Judge handles all phases of civil and criminal litigation, drafts orders, opinions, memoranda and other legal documents, and fulfills all other duties required of the Chief Judge to assure an effective and fair Tribal Court. In addition, the Chief Judge supervises Associate Judges, and the Court Administrator/Chief Clerk. Requires three (3) years’ experience as a judge, tribal court judicial experience preferred. More than five (5) years of tribal court Chief Judge experience and evidence of success in court administration, court staff supervision and court budget development is preferred. The Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee (NPTEC) is recruiting for: INTERN ENTERPRISE EXECUTIVE OFFICER HR-16-124 Responsible for learning and eventually assuming management of the overall vision, long range goals, direction, operation, and function of the Nez Perce Tribal Enter-prises. The intern position is under the tutelage of the Enterprise Executive Officer. The intern will learn how to communicate with the Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee and Enterprise Board. The intern will learn how to develop the vision, mission and how to create passion in employees. The training plan will include oversight and administration of the overall operation of the tribal enterprises that includes but not limited to; two (2) casinos, two (2) fuel convenience stores, and all future economic endeavors. The Executive Officer will provide training on gaming regulations how to monitor adherence to ensure that the gaming operations are in full compliance. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Law & Justice is recruiting for: CHIEF OF POLICE/DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SAFETY HR-16-126 Requires at least seven (7) years successful supervisory experience in a law enforcement agency and successful completion of at least two (2) years of post-secondary education in law enforcement or closely related field (or other proportional combination of Law Enforcement Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree and years of supervisory experience). The Nez Perce Tribe Prosecutor’s Department is recruiting for: DEPUTY PROSECUTOR HR-16-143 full-time position. To assist the prosecutor to prevent and reduce criminal activity and victimization on the Nez Perce Reservation through vigorous and effective investigation and prosecution of crimes, combined with effective victim services and appropriate offender programs and sanctions. The Deputy Prosecutor works closely with the Tribal Police Department, Conservation Enforcement, Social Services Department, Probation Program and other Tribal and community service agencies. The Deputy Prosecutor is supervised by the Nez Perce Tribal Prosecutor. Requires a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Requires licensure in good standing with any state bar. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Fisheries Resources Management - Research Division is recruiting for: FISHERIES BIOLOGIST I HR-16-147 regular full-time. Will assist the Nez Perce Tribe in monitor-ing and evaluating adult steelhead in the Imnaha River Basin and Chinook salmon in the Lostine River Basin, including and adult Chinook telemetry project. The position will be stationed in Joseph, Oregon. Knowledge and experience with spawning ground surveys, weir operations, fish sampling techniques, radio telemetry, statistics, and database management. Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written; report writing and data analysis and interpretation is required. Requires Bachelor’s degree in related field. The Nez Perce Tribe Department of Fisheries Resources Management – Production Division is recruit-ing for: FISHERIES TECHNICIAN II - FISH CULTURIST HR-16-148 regular full-time. To be stationed at Kooskia Fish Hatchery. Works as a member of the production staff rearing fish indoors and out of doors in all types of weather. Required to participate in all phases of hatchery operations, including ed-ucational outreach involving public and students visiting the hatchery. Work schedule includes rotating duty on weekends and holidays as assigned. Physical requirements are medium to heavy work that involves walking or standing most of the time and exerting up to 100 pounds of force on a recurring ba-sis. To participate on a variety of watershed survey and restoration projects. To assist the prosecutor to prevent and reduce criminal activity and victimization on the Nez Perce Reservation through vigorous and effective investigation and prosecution of crimes, combined with effective victim services and appropriate offender programs and sanctions. The Deputy Prosecutor works closely with the Tribal Police Department, Conservation Enforcement, Social Services Department, Probation Program and other Tribal and community service agencies. Seeking Bid Proposals

For:

THE ASSEMBLY OF TWO ACCLIMATION TANK SYSTEMS: CONSTRUCT AND INSTALL TWO IDENTICAL PARTIAL REUSE SYSTEMS, BOTH AT KOOSKIA NATIONAL FISH HATCHERY. EACH SYSTEM WILL HAVE TWO THIRTY FOOT CIRCULAR TANKS, ONE CO2 STRIPPER AND REUSE SUMP PUMPS.
 
The Contractor will provide the following services within the budget of this contract:

1. Kooskia National Fish Hatchery
• Contractor will provide a licensed plumber, licensed electrician and personnel with fiberglass experience for tank assembly and excavation experience for all grade work and piping.
• Contractor will provide all equipment and tools necessary to carry out all excavation and construction at the site.
• Contractor will install all conduits, control panels and wiring of all motors and breakers for the circular tank operation.
• Contractor will provide wire and breakers from the power source to the control panels and then to the motors and water control systems.
• Contractor will provide all inflow piping from the main water valve to the tanks and aeration chamber, and discharge piping from the tanks to the main out flow valves. This will include the four isolation valves for individual tank operation. Contractor will also provide piping for the Co2 stripper, sump and reuse pumps.
• Contractor will be responsible for constructing two concrete drum/pump vaults on site to the specifications shown on the construction diagrams.
• Assemble/install four fiberglass 30-ft diameter by 6-ft deep flat floor tanks. Each tank is made of sixteen pieces and they will need to be shaped, bolted, fiber glassed and resin coated.
• Assemble/install drum screen filter system.
• Assemble/install two Co2 strippers; including blowers and fiberglass header for partial reuse back to reuse tanks.
• Assemble/install reuse sump pumps.
• After installation is complete, all surrounding ground will be leveled and gravel surfaced.
• Perform start-up operation to assure correct function of all equipment.
• Applicable 2% TERO fee will be included in contract bid.

INSURANCE/PERMITS:
• Contractor will provide proof of insurance prior to construction/assembly.
• Contractor will obtain all necessary permits.
• Work will be completed by August 31, 2016

CLEARWATER RIVER CASINO & LODGE (LEWISTON, ID):

COMPUTER SPECIALIST II (NETWORKING) ~ [CRC-14-052] (Gaming) (Full-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To provide technical support for personal computer, networking and telecommunication hardware. The class is responsible for assisting with the assembly, protection, and operation of computer/telecommunication networks in a gaming environment. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, vocational technical degree, or specialized training equivalent to satisfactory completion of four (4) years of college education with emphasis in Computers or closely related field. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check). Requires a valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured under the Tribe’s policy (must provide a copy of driver’s license and motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). Preferred but not required are specials certifications directly relating to field such as cable termination, fiber termination, splicing, and/or software certifications. (MCSE, CCNA, A++, Network + Certification). Requires over three (3) years experience and up to and including four (4) years. Closes: Open Until Filled.

MARKETING DIRECTOR ~ [CRC-15-024] [Gaming] (Full-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To accomplish the marketing departmental objectives by planning, organizing, and directing all functions required to promote the Nez Perce Tribal Enterprises marketability and promotional value and increase sales of products and services offered by the Nez Perce Tribal Enterprise’s. Ensure the Marketing Department operates in accordance with contractual requirements and applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or closely related field. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (subject to complete background check). Requires a valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured under the Tribe’s policy (must provide copy of driver’s license and a motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). CPA credential preferred. Requires five (5) years of direct marketing experience, three (3) years supervisory experience; three (3) years of strong database skills to include extensive knowledge in data-mining, data extraction, and data analysis; and a minimum of two (2) years as top level Marketing Executive dealing with other management officials and/or Tribal Councils, Gaming Commissions, committees, and State/Federal agencies. SHUTTLE DRIVER ~ [CRC-15-052] (Gaming) (Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To provide complimentary transportation of patrons and VIPs between designated areas and the Gaming Enterprise casino entrance, according to pre-set scheduled times. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (Subject to a full back ground check). Requires one (1) month experience in a customer focused environment. Must be able to safely operate vehicle in all weather conditions, including slipper snow/ice covered roads. Requires a valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured under the Tribe’s policy (must provide a copy of driver’s license and motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). JANITOR ~ [CRC-15-054] (Full-time & Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To be responsible for cleaning and orderly upkeep of the Clearwater River Casino and It’se Ye Ye Casino, including the administrative offices at each site. Formal or informal education which ensures the ability to read, write, and understand oral/written instruction. Requires a valid driver’s license with the ability to be insured under the Tribe’s policy (must provide copy of driver’s license and a motor vehicle report of ENTIRE driving record (MVR)). Cleaning or janitorial experience preferred. Closes: Open Until Filled.

LINE COOK III ~ [CRC-16-006] (Full-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ The responsibility for attractively preparing, cooking and presenting of all food items. Following recipes and menu specification. Always placing customer and safe food handling first. May work in any food outlet depending on business needs. Require high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain a valid health card or serve safe equivalent. Have a good working knowledge of professional kitchen equipment and food products with two (2) years of high volume Line Cook experience including breakfast, lunch and dinner and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in food service. Must be able to read and follow written recipes/procedures and/or ability to work with mathematical concepts related to food. Must be computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and other software. Must have the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of the organizations and the public. Customer service experience preferred. Closes: Open Until Filled.

HOUSEKEEPER ~ [HTL-16-021] (Part-time & On-call) ~ To clean hotel guest rooms, and all office and inside public areas of hotel and RV Park, according to set standards, providing the highest quality service to guests and staff at all times. Formal or informal education which ensures the ability to read, write, and understand oral/written instruction. Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred. Closes: Open Until Filled.

BANQUET SERVER ~ [CRC-16-023] (On-call) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To provide efficient, personal service to catered events at the Event/Conference Center and Clearwater River Casino & Lodge sponsored events. This includes set-up, serving and tear down of all events. Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s card and complete TIPS Certification. Six (6) months of serving experience in restaurant facility preferred. Six (6) months of customer service experience in hospitality environment preferred. Closes: 06/10/16.

SOFT COUNT CREW WORKER ~ [CRC-16-025] [Gaming] (Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To count revenues and verify accuracy of reports. The class is responsible for compliance with established cash handling/counting/recording procedures. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (subject to complete background check). Ten-key efficiency and ability to count currency quickly and accurately; six (6) months related (cash handling) work experience preferred. Must have a positive work history. Closes: 06-24-16.

GIFT SHOP CLERK ~ [CRC-16-025] [Gaming] (Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To provide prompt courteous service to Gift Shop guests and provide merchandising assistance for the Gift Shop. Requires high school diploma or equivalent or specialized training. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (subject to complete background check). PLAYERS CLUB REPRESENTATIVE ~ [CRC-16-028] [Gaming] (Full-time & Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ Provides exceptional customer service to Players Club members while staffing the Players Club station, including communicating program features, assisting with membership registration and databases. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (subject to complete background check). MACHINE TECHNICIAN ~ [IYY-16-015] (Part-time) (Gaming) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To perform maintenance and repair functions on video gaming machines. Responsibilities include tools, equipment, and guest service. Requires high school diploma, GED, or specialized vocational training. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (subject to complete background check). Gaming machine experience preferred. Electronic and mechanical experience preferred. Works according to some procedures, but decides how and when to do things under general supervision. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, or specialized vocational training. The class is responsible and accountable for vault operations, bank deposits, and accurate control of all currency transactions with the gaming enterprise. Requires high school diploma or GED. Must be able to obtain a Nez Perce Tribal Gaming License (subject to complete background check). Requires two (2) years high volume cash handling experience. Three (3) months customer service experience required; excellent oral and written communication skills, 10-key adding machine preferred, must be able to handle fast paced environment. Gaming experience and six (6) months supervisory experience preferred. Closes: 07-01-16.

STORE CLERK ~ [NPX-16-007] (Part-time) RE-ADVERTISEMENT ~ To deal with the public in a professional manner. Customer service is the most important part of the position in addition to keeping the store faced, clean, organized and presentable to the public. Work hours will be designated shifts Monday through Sunday with schedules to change. The incumbent of this position will assist in maintaining store operations to assure guest satisfaction and profitability as well as a positive work atmosphere. Requires high school diploma or GED.
