VISION
The Nez Perce Tribe Pi-Nee-Waus Community Center
is a component of the Administration Department that provides recreation,
sports, educational, and cultural activities for all ages that protect our
treaty rights and sovereignty, and takes control of our future.
GOALS
-
enhance personal physical fitness.

promote youth activity to assist in eliminating
destructive behavior.

coordinate with pow-wow groups and organizations.
-
promote the gathering of friends, families, and
neighbors.
-
provide a safe and at will environment (facility).
-
promote the use and availability of the facility to the
community.

encourage community involvement.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
-
enforce the community Center Management Plan.
-
manage and oversee the operations of the community
center.
-
plan, organize, and coordinate activities for youth,
adult, and senior citizens.
-
coordinate with other agencies such as schools,
organizations, and municipal offices.
-
promote activities and resources to the community
at-large such as posting announcements and activity calendars (monthly and
weekly).
-
assist in emergency situations as needed.
