Cultural Resources Program
VISION
To protect, perpetuate, and preserve the cultural resources
of the Nimiipuu.
GOALS
The Cultural Resource Program works with other Tribal,
federal, and state agencies to protect cultural properties of importance to the
Nez Perce.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Cultural Resource Program provides recommendations to
Tribal Programs for effective cultural preservation. We also monitor federal compliance with regulations that
provide assurances of preservation protection for ancient historic sites
and cultural properties on and off Tribal lands.
