Plant Maintenance

VISION

The Nez Perce Tribe Plant Maintenance Program is a component of the Administration Department that provides maintenance to tribal facilities (including construction) property, and equipment.  Plant Maintenance performs maintenance service efficiently, economically and at a level of expertise.

GOALS

• Maintain service and comfort.

• Provide scheduling and man power for new development.

• Establish on-going training for staff.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

• Implement the Repair & Maintenance Form.

• Implement the Maintenance Ware House Storage Guidelines and Procedures.

• Maintain the facilities Interior and Exterior structures.

• Provide remodel/renovation structure.

• Provide roof repair.

• Provide electrical repair.

• Provide flooring repair.

• Provide deck construction.

• Provide ground maintenance.

• Install insulation.

• Provide painting.

• Provide window repair.

• Provide plumbing repair.

• Assemble furniture.

• Provide carpentry repair.
