DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Nez Perce Tribal Gaming Enterprises The mission of the Nez Perce Tribal Gaming Enterprise is to provide a profitable business for the Nez Perce Tribe in each of its markets and to provide leadership in the hospitality and entertainment industry through exceptional customer service.
Nez Perce Express Store The mission of the Nez Perce Express Enterprise is to provide a profitable one-stop convenience serving tourists, sportsman, RV's and locals with family atmosphere customer service.
Aht'wy Plaza RV Park The mission of the Aht'Wy Plaza RV Park is to provide a profitable business for the Nez Perce Tribe and offer a unique setting to experience the Nez Perce Reservation and surrounding areas with outstanding accommodations and traditional hospitality.
Nez Perce Forest Products The mission of the Forest Products Enterprises is to provide the Nez Perce Tribe with an annual cash flow within the allowable sustainable cut from the harvest of forest products while balancing economic values with environmental concerns.

PROGRAM COMPONENTS
The following are activities that the Enterprise Board is engaged in on an ongoing basis:
Working with enterprise managers to ensure continued cost efficiency and greater profitability and to improve the standards and quality of professionalism in the enterprises.
Working on implementation of a long range strategic plan.
Working on Human Resource Manual, Finance Manual, to separate enterprises from governmental sector, similar to Nimiipuu Health & Nez Perce Housing Authority.
