McCoy Oatman – Mr. Oatman is serving his first term on NPTEC. Mr. Oatman is a second generation NPTEC Member – his father, Kenneth, also served as a NPTEC Member. Mr. Oatman was recently elected to the position of Secretary for NPTEC. Mr. Oatman Serves as Vice-Chairman for the Human Resource and Natural Resource Subcommittees.
