VISION

The vision of the Nez Perce Express is to provide a profitable one-step shopping convenience for tourists, sportsman, RV's and locals in a family atmosphere, customer service.

GOALS

To maximize full return on the Tribe's  investment through the expansion of convenience items, thereby maximizing the profits to the Tribe.

To implement a tourist plan providing tribal handcrafts to customers.

To convert deli and upgrade the kitchen equipment to provide better fast food and a larger menu.

To maximize tobacco products sales and promotions.

To provide excellent customer service.

Sales of gasoline and diesel.

Expansion of marketing and promotions to bring about customers awareness for the Nez Perce Express.  Alo working on the expansion of the Nez Perce Express to expand more of our product lines.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Nez Perce Express is responsible for the maintenance of a 5400 sq. ft. store.  With the support of a dedicated and loyal staff, the store supplies the public with quality cigarette and tobacco products,  gift items, auto supplies, fuel, propane, household items, deli, and grocery items.

STAFF

The Nez Perce Express is staffed with one store manager that oversees the operation with the aid of an office assistant.  The staff also includes an inventory clerk, deli supervisor, deli clerks, store clerks and maintenance.
