The Nez Perce Arts Council

Mission: Creating a better community through the arts while perpetuation all that is said to be the Nez Perce way.

GOALS

• Build opportunities for diverse art experiences for all ages
• Provide exposure to and develop respect for all cultures
• Promote excellence in the arts
• Promote and provide opportunities for comprehensive skills building in both the traditional and contemporary arts to the highest level possible
• Make continuous effort to build a sustainable future for the Arts Council

2010-2011 Calendar

* Weaving Class, Lapwai - Monday's 5:30pm-7:30pm
* 2010 -2011 Culture Camp - 1st & 2nd week in August
* Develop NPAC website link with Tribal site and other Art organization links
* Send out Call for Artists through helpdesk
* Promotion of Nez Perce Authennticity Label Enhancement Program - November 2010 to May 2011
