To provide accurate and timely financial reports to the Nez Perce Tribal Executive Committee, all program and enterprises.

To process all financial transactions for the Nez Perce Tribe consistent with the approved Nez Perce Tribe Finance Manual.

Processing Payroll
Processing of all vendor payments
Accurate accountability for all tribal, grant, and contract financial records
Monitoring of compliance with grant and contract requirements
Perform internal control procedures to insure compliance with finance manual
Preparation and distribution of monthly financial reports to all programs, enterprises, and NPTEC
Preparation and negotiations of the Indirect Cost Proposal
Provide help to programs and NPTEC during the budgeting process
Maintain records of Nez Perce Tribe's fixed assets
Finalize accounting records for yearly audit by Certified Public Accounting firm

The Finance Manger has overall supervisory authority over the tribal accounting staff.
