RFP For Design and Production of the 2012 Spring & Fall General Council Reports

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Executive Direction Department is responsible for Natural and Human Resource Management - leadership of tribal staff, employee benefits, and the implementation of the Human Resources Manual; and Governmental Relations - coordinated assistance in relationships with local, state, regional, and federal organizations to promote and represent the Nez Perce Tribe.  Department manager's meetings are held regularly to discuss topics such as the Human Resource Manual, Finance Manual, Pay Scale, Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA), Health/Medical Benefits, reports and cost cutting measures.  The objective is to provide a forum for the managers issues and a communication mechanism for information to  be transmitted to the employees of the Nez Perce Tribe.
