Biography for Jim Matuska Jr.

 

My name is Jim Matuska Jr.  I have been working for the Nez Perce Tribe Information Systems program for 12 years now as of May, 2010.  My primary job duties include Network Management, Network Design and Engineering, and Network Administration for the Tribe’s extensive wired and wireless networks.  I have my AAS Degree in Computer Systems Analysis and Repair from Lewis Clark State College (LCSC class of 1998) and also have obtained Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications from Cisco Systems Inc. 

 

I have a 17 Pound Main Coon Cat named Whiskers that I adopted several years back, enjoy hunting, working outside in my yard, (I built my own house several years ago), and enjoy vacationing Down Under in Australia and New Zealand.
