Mr. Baptiste was elected to serve the last year of a three-year term in May 2005.  As Mr. Baptiste is the NPTEC Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, he serves on the Budget & Finance Subcommittee and Enterprise Board.  He also serves on the Law & Order, Youth Affairs Subcommittees and the Land Enterprise Commission.  Mr. Baptiste is an accomplished artist and has been commissioned to produce art for numerous organizations including the Tribe's Gaming Enterprise.
